Discovery campers live primarily in cabins on Bluestone’s main campus. Meals are served three times each day from our main dining area at Craig Lodge. There are two levels to the Discovery Program.
DISCOVERY 1 is for rising 4/5 graders.
Camper groups gather each evening at their “Home-in-the-Woods” which is a small group meeting area in a wooded area that is in close proximity to the cabins where Discovery campers are lodged. There they will participate in vespers and enjoy a snack by campfire light.
DISCOVERY 2 is for rising 6/7 graders and rising 8/9 graders.
In addition to the “Home-in-the-Woods” experience, camper groups will sleep two nights in large tents on platforms at our Explorer Outpost Area. There they will experience breakfasts cooked over an open fire.
Discovery Camps are offered every week of Summer camp, but only during Week 3 for rising 8/9 graders.
Registration Fee = $290.00
(fees Increase by $25.00 beginning May 8th)

Week 3: 06/23 – 06/29 (This is the only week for rising 8/9 graders!)
